Mystery Shopping

The Beauty Observatory believes that mystery shopping is crucial in providing a big picture and impartial snapshot of your service today, while identifying opportunities for excellence tomorrow.

Our curated team work exclusively within the beauty and wellness space and we pride ourselves on this unique approach to mystery shopping. Combining our understanding of the beauty industry with a passion for exceptional service, we are able to not only provide detailed observation reports, but also analysis of our findings and recommendations for the future.

Customer Experience Audit

A customer’s experience with a business is rarely limited to one interaction in isolation. Our bespoke Customer Experience Audit looks in depth at a customer's journey across all touch points, from advertising to social media, from website to point of sale.

 

We will begin by understanding your presence both online and offline, your company targets, areas of concern and overall business objectives. We then complete comprehensive physical and digital observations, analysing the data gathered, with a focus on functionality, consistency and alignment with company vision. Finally we share a presentation to outline our findings, including an overview of strengths, opportunities for optimisation and recommendations for the future.

Bespoke Training
Support

The Beauty Observatory provides bespoke training programs ranging from 2 hours to 2 days, these can be created collaboratively around a detailed agenda or we can take the lead with a general theme. We pride ourselves on our modern approach to training, ensuring that sessions are interactive, inspiring and representative of the beauty industry today (we steer clear of training cliches, no role plays or traffic stopping phrases here!)

If you have a specific event or in-house training planned and require support, we can provide a freelance trainer with extensive knowledge of the industry to assist with this.
